Mel Rodriguez (born June 12, 1973) is an American actor. A graduate of SUNY Purchase, he is best known for his regular role in the short-lived sitcom Running Wilde and for his recurring role as Sgt. Nunez on Community. He also had a brief appearance as Officer Morales in the 2002 film Panic Room. He currently stars as Nurse Patsy de la Serda on the HBO comedy Getting On that premiered on November 24, 2013, and began a supporting role in 2014 as SPC Chubowski on the Fox sitcom Enlisted.
